Thank you for your purchase from The Collage Garage. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a clear and fair policy for returns and refunds. As our items are often unique, handmade artworks, please review this policy carefully.

1. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are typically not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-commissioned collages or personalized artworks: Due to the unique and personalized nature of these items, they are considered final sale.

  • Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale": These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at the time of original shipment.

Please handle artwork with care when repackaging for return to prevent damage during transit.

5. Process for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at howdy@knaveshigh.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Securely package the item(s) to be returned, including all original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent) or the item arrived damaged.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
