Thank you for shopping at The Collage Garage. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the shipment of your orders.
1. Order Processing Time

We currently offer one standard shipping option for all domestic orders.
Shipments are typically made via USPS or UPS.
Our standard shipping option is flat rate.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time for our standard shipping option is typically 5-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer only one shipping option.
Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24-48 hours.
6. International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States and canada.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at howdy@knaveshigh.com. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for the claim.
Lost Shipments: If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at howdy@knaveshigh.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier. An order will be considered lost after without a tracking update showing delivery.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
The Collage Garage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense, or we may issue a refund for the product cost, less the original shipping fee.
