Artwork: All artwork, designs, and images of artwork ("Artwork") displayed or sold on this Site are the original creations and exclusive property of The Collage Garage and/or its contributing artists. All Artwork is protected by copyright law.

No Transfer of Copyright: The purchase of any Artwork (original or print) does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights to the buyer. The copyright in the Artwork remains with The Collage Garage and/or the artist.

Restrictions on Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any Artwork purchased or viewed on this Site in any manner without the express prior written permission of The Collage Garage. This includes, but is not limited to, creating prints, merchandise, or digital reproductions of the Artwork.

If you post, upload, input, provide or submit your personal data to us, including without limitation, your name, email address, IP address, currency, and any other information that you provide us ("User Content"), you must ensure that the User Content provided by you at that or any other time is true, accurate, up to date and complete and that any User Content you post, upload, input, provide or submit to us through the Site does not breach or infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. We do not own, control or endorse any User Content that is transmitted, stored or processed via the Site by you or any other users.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site:

• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm The Collage Garage or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

• To harass or belittle anyone who isn't a rich cis-het white male. If you disrespect my extended family of nonhegemonic identities, I will ban your IP address and find additional ways to make your life miserable.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate The Collage Garage, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
